Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring enterprise clients, and expanding the company's customer base. The role involves consultative selling of ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and Software Solutions while building long-term client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target industries.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.

Conduct client meetings, requirement analysis, product demonstrations, and business presentations.

Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and Software solutions.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding.

Prepare business proposals, quotations, commercial offers, contracts, and RFP/RFQ responses.

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.





Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and strategic account growth.

Coordinate with the Implementation, Technical, Support, and Accounts teams for seamless project execution.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and client records in CRM/Bitrix.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Handle key client negotiations and resolve commercial concerns professionally.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management.

Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and networking events.
