The company specializes in providing high-quality and diverse steel products to meet various industrial needs, with a focus on international markets. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to lead our growth in the MENA region.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, an in-depth understanding of the regional market, and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across the MENA region.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Manage sales cycles from lead generation to closing deals.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports for management.





Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the MENA region.

Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

Strong understanding of regional business culture and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Willingness to travel across the region when required.
