The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Partner with an established network across the Gulf region.

This is not a traditional sales role.

It is an entrepreneurial partnership designed for professionals who already have relationships with decision-makers and can introduce Adaan into organizations looking for scalable outsourcing and AI-enabled delivery partners.

Your primary objective is to identify, qualify, and close contracts requiring dedicated offshore teams of 5–10 professionals

, creating long-term managed service relationships.

- Identify outsourcing opportunities suited to dedicated offshore delivery teams.

Client Acquisition Own the complete sales cycle:

- Prospecting
