Business Development Manager – IT Sales / IT Services

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive IT services sales, acquire new clients, and grow business revenue across IT infrastructure, managed services, and enterprise IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services

Promote full range of IT infrastructure and support services, including:

Desktop Support

Network Support

Data Center Support

On-Site Field Services

IT Smart Hands & On-site Support

Networking & Data Center Services

IT Procurement & Asset Management

Cybersecurity Solutions

Managed IT Support Services

Develop and maintain robust relationships with enterprise clients

Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions

Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers





Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for service execution and support

Required Skills

Strong experience in IT sales / IT services / managed services

Good understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

Ability to generate leads and close enterprise deals

Experience

4–10 years in IT Sales / Business Development

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred)
