We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow the Mobile vertical at Admitad. The role requires strong expertise in the mobile ecosystem, performance marketing, and partner management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding strategic partnerships.

Goal of the Role: To drive revenue growth and scale the mobile business by building strong partnerships, leveraging market insights, and continuously optimizing performance

What You'll Do

- Develop and grow relationships with new and existing advertisers in the mobile space

- Proactively initiate client meetings, identify business opportunities, and close deals

- Prepare customized commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations

- Drive revenue growth by optimizing performance of existing partners

- Analyze campaign performance, traffic sources, and optimize for better results

- Continuously monitor mobile market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction

What We Expect





- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Performance Marketing

- Solid understanding of the mobile ecosystem (apps, MMPs, attribution models, key industry players)

- Knowledge of traffic sources such as in-app, OEM, influencer, and programmatic, including their advantages and limitations

- Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or ad tech industry

- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Data-driven mindset with ability to convert insights into actionable growth strategies

- Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
