? Salary: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA

? Key Responsibilities

✔️Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive organizational growth.

✔️Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and outreach activities.

✔️Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, educational institutions, and corporate partners.

✔️Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to secure new partnerships.

✔️Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

✔️Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.

✔️Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

✔️ Lead, guide, and mentor the business development team.

✔️Monitor sales pipeline performance, conversion rates, and business metrics.

✔️Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

✔️ Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

✔️ Prepare business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.





?Required Skills

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities

✔️ Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills

✔️ Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

? MBA preferred

? Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field.

✨ Experience in the Education, EdTech, Insurance, or Consulting sector will be an added advantage.
