Position Vacant - Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager, Leasing (Vehicles and Equipment). 4 positions, one each at Delhi NCR, Kolkata / Asansol, Bhubaneswar and Raipur.

/ Responsibilities

Business development

- Identify and develop leads and prospects for leasing of vehicles and equipment.
- Track competitor activity and build strategies to grow market share.
- Build awareness of the leasing products and services among corporate customers and prospects.
- Enhance products in line with market dynamics and company policy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal guidelines and stay current on updates.

Customer acquisition

- Run market research to identify prospective corporate and SME customers.
- Engage and negotiate deals with corporates and relevant stakeholders.

Customer relationship and retention

- Manage customer relationships and ensure full utilisation of the products and services offered.
- Respond to customer queries and grievances with timely resolution.
- Understand customer needs and deliver a solid service experience.

Key account management (East zone roles)





- Own and grow named corporate and OEM accounts for vehicle and equipment leasing.

Sales objectives

- Forecast sales, set targets and achieve targets for the leasing book.

Desired profile of the candidate

- Corporate or SME sales experience in leasing, asset finance or the NBFC sector.
- Key account managers from commercial vehicle or construction equipment manufacturers and OEMs are also encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of vehicle and equipment leasing, finance and operating lease structures, and relevant legal and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
- A track record of stability and consistent performance is valued.
- Willing to be based at one of the posted locations.

Education qualification Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum aggregate of 60% and no arrears. Professional qualification preferred.
