Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT Services, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Services business across the UK and European markets . Based in India, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, developing strategic relationships, and generating revenue by promoting India-based technology delivery capabilities.

Package - INR 12 - 15 lacs/annum

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for IT Services, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Services.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
- Build relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, technology companies, and consulting firms.
- Engage with key decision-makers including Procurement, Vendor Management, Delivery Heads, Business Leaders, and Technology Stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.




- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfilment.
- Achieve revenue, pipeline, and client acquisition targets while expanding the company's presence in the UK/EU market.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, Business Development, or IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation sales.
- Proven experience selling IT staffing, staff augmentation, managed services, or offshore delivery solutions.
- Experience working with UK and/or European markets is preferred.
- Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and B2B technology services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong hunting mindset and a track record of achieving sales targets.
