Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Agra.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote Abster’s outsourcing, offshoring, and business solutions to target markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. The role also involves analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance,



and contributing to strategic planning to drive revenue growth and expand Abster’s presence in key sectors.
