ZPLYS.AI is India's fastest-growing sports-tech platform — powering tournaments, academies, venue bookings, and athlete journeys across the country's sports ecosystem. We onboarded 10,000+ users organically in our first six months, and we're scaling into new cities and sports verticals now.

The Role

You'll work directly with the founding team to build partnerships with tournament organizers, sports academies, venues, and clubs across India. You'll own an outreach pipeline from week one, sit in on client calls, run your own demos, and close your first deals yourself.

What You'll Do

- Identify and reach out to tournament organizers, academies, and venue partners
- Run discovery calls and product demos across our Tournament Management, Pay & Play, and Academy CRM modules
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Support onboarding for new clients and carry their feedback back to the product team




- Help shape go-to-market playbooks for new cities and sports verticals

What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate — any discipline
- Strong written and spoken English and Hindi
- Confident on calls, clear on email, persuasive in writing
- Real interest in sports, startups, or technology — all three is a bonus
- Comfortable with cold outreach, and able to take rejection without losing momentum
- Self-starter who works out the next step without being told
