About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about the social sector and are interested in building a career in business development. This internship offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate partnerships, CSR, sustainability, and social impact consulting while gaining hands-on exposure to client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential corporate clients, CSR teams, foundations, and development organizations.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities.

- Conduct market research on CSR trends, ESG initiatives, sustainability, and social impact investments.

- Support outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, networking, and follow-up communication.

- Assist in preparing proposals, capability decks, presentations, and business development documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and align them with client requirements.

- Track leads, maintain CRM records, and prepare business development reports.

- Support partnership meetings, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up activities.

- Stay updated on government policies, CSR regulations, and developments in the social impact ecosystem.

Eligibility





- Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Rural Development, Public Policy, Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, NGO Management, Sociology, or related social sector disciplines.

- Robust interest in business development, partnerships, corporate engagement, or CSR consulting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong research and analytical abilities.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Based in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru.

- Passionate about creating social impact while contributing to organizational growth.

- Comfortable interacting with corporate stakeholders and building professional relationships.

- Willing to learn business development and consulting in the social impact ecosystem.
