We’re looking for an energetic, target-driven Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting business owners, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and networking.




- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients across Kochi.
- Understand business requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update the CRM.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B, IT, Software, Digital Marketing, or Agency Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
