Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for freshers and early-career professionals (0-1 year of experience) who are passionate about sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international and domestic sales, driving new business opportunities across markets

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads

- Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline

- Follow up on prospects and convert leads into customers

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements

- 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development (freshers welcome)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interest in sales, client relationship management, and business growth

- Comfortable working with both international and domestic clients

- Basic understanding of email marketing is a plus
