Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers at the bank branch

Promote and explain health insurance products to customers

Generate new business through field visits and customer outreach

Build strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence

Conduct product demonstrations and customer follow - ups

Achieve assigned sales and business targets





Coordinate with branch teams to support business growth

Requirements

- Graduate (Technical & Non-Technical Streams)
- 3-Year Diploma and B.Voc candidates can apply
- Pass-out Year: 2021 2025 only
- Age: 18 27 Years
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Comfortable with branch operations and field sales activities
- Willing to travel within assigned locations

Not Eligible:
- LLB, CA, Doctors, B.Ed, Integrated Course Candidates
- Candidates with Active PF Accounts
- Apprentices with Active Contracts in Other Organizations
- Candidates Outside the 2021 2025 Pass-Out Batch
