Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Acquire domestic and international clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Maintain records of leads and client communications.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of Business Development or IT Sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
