Hiring: Business Development Executive

Location: Greater Noida West (Work From Office)

Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in US market or International Market lead generation. The ideal candidate should have experience generating qualified leads for Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing and IT Services through various outbound channels.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads from the US market for:

Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

Tax & Payroll Services

IT Services (Managed IT, Software Development, Web Development, Cloud Services, etc.)

Identify and connect with decision-makers such as Business Owners, CFOs, Controllers, Finance Managers, and CPA Firms.

Conduct lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clutch, company websites, and other prospecting tools.

Execute outbound prospecting through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.

Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate lead data and activity records in the CRM.





Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in US Market Business Development or Lead Generation.

Experience generating Accounting & Bookkeeping and IT Services leads is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of outbound lead generation and prospecting.

Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar platforms is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the US night shift.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working with international clients, especially in the US market.

Solid understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification.

Ability to work independently and consistently achieve lead generation targets.
