Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Jaipur.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, conduct outreach to potential brand partners, and support the onboarding of clients within the kids fashion ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools,



coordinating with internal teams for marketing and event initiatives, and building long-term professional relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting, with experience building and managing a pipeline of potential clients.

Ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations, using presentation tools to support pitches and client meetings.

Market research skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Demonstrated interest in fashion, lifestyle, or related creative industries;

experience in kids fashion is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
