Job Title: Tele Counsellor (Inside Sales EdTech)

About the Role

We are hiring passionate, target-driven individuals for our Inside Sales team. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right upskilling programs through a consultative sales approach.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering a high-quality counseling experience in a rapid-paced, high-performance environment.

Experience Criteria

- BDA: 0-3 years (Freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential learners via calls and chats
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant programs
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead qualification counseling closure
- Deliver impactful product pitches and handle objections effectively
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records and track progress in CRM tools
- Build strong relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience




- Follow up consistently with leads and nurture them through the funnels

- Excellent Communication (English + Hindi preferred)

Education

- UG: B.Tech / B.Com / BBA
