What You'll Do

- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from outreach to closure

- Engage and convert organic leads (college students & working professionals)

- Explain course offerings and guide students in selecting suitable programs

- Maintain and update CRM/sales trackers

- Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups

- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Who You Are

- Fluent in Tamil and English - confident communicator on calls

- Self-starter with strong closing skills and deal instincts

- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments; adaptable to change
