Role Overview - As a Business Development Associate (Field Sales), you will be responsible for visiting banquet halls, cafés, restaurants, and event vendors across Kanpur to introduce EventMadeEasy, onboard new business partners, and build long-term relationships.

You will represent the company in the field and help expand EventMadeEasy's partner network.

Responsibilities - Visit banquet halls, cafés, restaurants, and event vendors in your assigned area.

Introduce EventMadeEasy and explain its features and benefits.

Onboard new business partners onto the platform.

Collect business information, photos, and required documents.

Generate quality business leads through field visits and referrals.

Build and maintain robust relationships with business owners.

Conduct follow-ups with prospective partners.

Coordinate with the internal team for successful onboarding.





Maintain accurate records of daily visits and partner interactions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.

Represent EventMadeEasy professionally during all client interactions.

Business Expansion Activities Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Confidence in meeting and interacting with business owners.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Good problem-solving and relationship management skills. Eligibility - Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Field Sales is an added advantage. Preference - Comfortable with field visits across Kanpur.

Own two-wheeler is preferred.

Valid driving licence is preferred.
