Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and convert recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.

- Generate qualified leads and build a strong B2B sales pipeline.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable compliance, taxation, licensing, and business advisory solutions.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

- Track sales activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on market trends and mentor junior business development team members when required.

What We're Looking For:

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition,



or Relationship Management.

- Experience in Professional Services, Fintech, Taxation, Compliance, Banking, Consulting, or Financial Services is preferred.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Hauz Khas, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
