The Business Consultant is responsible for understanding client business processes, identifying operational challenges, recommending suitable software and business solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. The role serves as a bridge between customers, Sales, and Technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Understand client business processes, operational challenges, and business objectives.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and perform business process analysis.
- Recommend appropriate software and business solutions based on client requirements.
- Deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), solution documents, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and user adoption activities.
- Provide functional consulting and recommend best practices for business process improvement.
- Assist customers with process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned consulting projects and project milestones.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional queries.
- Conduct user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional consulting services.
- Maintain complete project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and company processes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and business data.
- Stay updated with industry trends, ERP systems, Tally, GST, accounting practices, and business process best practices.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
