Role & responsibilities

- Experience of Finance and / or regulatory reporting execution and delivery

- Hands on experience into SQL & RWA

- Understanding of design, reporting processes and systems

- Worked with a large Global Finance team that delivers complex and transformational regulatory change.

- Strong documentation skills (Microsoft Office)

- Experience in the delivery of change with excellent business analysis capabilities and a track record of successfully being involved in complex change projects with cross functional impacts and dependencies

- Drive, motivation and commitment

- Understanding of company group structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives

- Positive knowledge of the external regulatory reporting environment





- Understanding of the operating model at Group, country and business level

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple outputs at the same time

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven experience of communicating effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group in a complex global environment

- Able to operate effectively under pressure and navigate ambiguity and changing priorities

- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
