Job ProfilePower BI Development & Analytics

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements and translate them into impactful visualization solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards and analytical reports to support business decision-making.
- Develop complex data models using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), data governance, and report optimization techniques.

Data Management & Reporting

- Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, Excel, and enterprise systems.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Automate reporting processes and reduce manual effort through optimized BI solutions.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, management reports, and executive business reviews.
- Monitor report performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Business, IT, and Functional Teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.




- Participate in requirement gathering workshops and solution design discussions.
- Act as the primary contact for user queries, report enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate deployment of reporting solutions.
- Provide regular status updates and presentations to stakeholders and management.

Analytics & Insights

- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop predictive and descriptive analytical reports wherever required.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Create periodic MIS reports and performance tracking dashboards.

Primary SkillsTechnical Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Power BI Development experience.

- Solid expertise in

- Power BI Desktop

- DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

- Power Query (M Language)

- Data Modeling
- SQL (Advanced Queries, Joins, Stored Procedures)
- Experience with ETL/Data Integration concepts.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling (Star Schema/Snowflake Schema).
- Understanding of database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience in creating dashboards with large datasets and optimizing report performance.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Fabric,



Data Lake, or cloud-based analytics platforms will be an advantage.

Secondary Skills
