You'll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, gather requirements, and collaborate with our technical teams to deliver impactful data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

Create functional specifications and user stories

Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions

Design data models and reporting requirements

Perform data analysis and create business reports

Support UAT and change management activities

Bridge communication between business and technical teams

Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities Required Qualifications 3+ years of business analyst experience

Solid understanding of data analytics and BI concepts

Experience with requirement gathering and documentation





Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Experience with Agile methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field Nice to Have CBAP or PMI-PBA certification

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau

Industry domain expertise (Finance, Healthcare, Retail)

Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts
