Job Title: Business Analyst Diagnostics & Hospitals

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry Preference: Diagnostics / Healthcare / Hospitals

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business, operational, and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, volume, productivity, and operational performance.
- Work closely with sales , operations, finance, & laboratory teams to understand requirements and support decision-making.
- Support business planning, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.




- Identify gaps and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.

Requirements

- Qualifications – Any graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the Diagnostics/ hospital Industry
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
