Requirements Seeking skilled Business Analysts for Digital Automation including RPA. The ideal candidates will be responsible for analyzing processes, creating process maps, and defining requirements. This role requires positive understanding of requirements gathering, defining functional & non-functional requirements, and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements Key Responsibilities &

Skills Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes

Identify inefficiencies, duplications, and automation opportunities

Create process maps and documentation

Define functional and non-functional requirements

Capture compliance considerations, scalability needs, and strategic alignment

Prioritize requirements based on complexity, ROI, and strategic importance

Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements Prototyping and Visual Design Create interactive prototypes and wireframes

Use prototyping tools like Figma to design user interfaces and process flows

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and iterate on prototype designs

Translate complex processes into intuitive visual representations Collaboration And Communication Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and DevOps engineers.





Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Document processes and best practices.

Contribute to proofs-of-concept (PoCs) and pilot projects to validate new ideas.

Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement

Strong knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)

Experience with prototyping tools like Figma

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience & Technical Skills Proficiency in creating prototypes using tools like Figma to visualize solutions

Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart)

Ability to create clear, visually appealing process flows and mockups

Understanding of business operations and workflows

Knowledge of RPA capabilities and limitations

Experience with requirements documentation tools

Strong written communication skills Soft Skills Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and RPA developers

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to balance technical feasibility with business needs

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment overlapping with US ET business hours
