The team The Enabling Area – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.

Your Work Profile

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can partner with business and technology teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and enterprise application enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, be capable of translating business problems into technology solutions, and have experience working across the complete project lifecycle—from requirement elicitation to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and define functional solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, business rules, process flows (As-Is/To-Be), wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend scalable technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform impact analysis, solution walkthroughs, requirement prioritization, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Business Users throughout the SDLC to ensure successful delivery.




- Define and document integration requirements across enterprise applications, APIs, and workflow platforms.
- Support UAT planning, defect triaging, production deployments, and post-implementation validation.
- Drive AI-enabled business initiatives by identifying suitable use cases, documenting AI-specific business requirements, and ensuring adherence to AI governance and Responsible AI principles.

- Visio / Draw.io / BPMN for process modelling

Preferred Experience

- Experience working on enterprise applications involving workflow management, access management, HR, Finance, Risk, Compliance, or internal business platforms.
- Experience in digital transformation, automation, AI-driven solutions, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, or a related field.
