About the Role

Meet clients at offices and factories, conduct discovery workshops, understand business processes, ask meaningful questions, and convert business needs into clear functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery sessions.
- Document business processes, BRDs, user stories, and workflows.
- Coordinate with engineering teams.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Travel for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications MBA in Operations, Finance, or Management, or relevant Business Analyst/consulting experience.

and earn client confidence.
