We're looking for a Business Analyst + Instructor who is passionate about both solving real-world business problems with data and mentoring the next generation of tech professionals. What You'll Do

Teach & Mentor Future Data Professionals

Deliver engaging classroom sessions on Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Databases, and Data Visualization.

Teach concepts including SQL, DBMS, Relational Databases, NoSQL, ETL Pipelines, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing.

Introduce students to modern AI-powered analytics workflows and practical LLM applications.

Simplify complex technical concepts using industry use cases and hands-on demonstrations.

Mentor students through projects, assessments, career preparation, and technical problem-solving.

Build Industry-Relevant Learning Experiences

Design and continuously improve curriculum, assignments, and case studies.

Develop practical capstone projects combining Business Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Data Visualization.

Incorporate the latest industry tools, frameworks, and best practices into course content.

Create assessment frameworks to evaluate technical understanding and project execution.

Drive Student Success

Conduct quizzes, coding assessments, and project evaluations.

Provide constructive feedback and personalized mentorship.

Foster an engaging, collaborative, and outcome-oriented learning environment.

Collaborate Across Teams





Work closely with academic, product, and curriculum teams to enhance learning experiences.

Organize workshops, hackathons, guest sessions, and industry interactions.

Contribute to curriculum innovation based on evolving industry trends.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems

Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases

Hands-on experience in Data Engineering and ETL Pipelines

Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation

Good understanding of Data Modeling, Normalization, Indexing, and Query Optimization

Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization

Familiarity with Cloud Data Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Understanding of AI, Machine Learning fundamentals, and LLM Engineering is highly preferred

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, or other distributed databases

Experience with data warehouses and analytics platforms

Relevant certifications in Database Technologies or Cloud Platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

1–4 years of industry, teaching, or combined experience in Business Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for mentoring learners.
