Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system designs.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of business solutions.





Break down complex problems, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

Mandatory Skills Requirements

Gathering & Documentation - Advanced

Data Analysis & Visualization - Advanced

Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies - Advanced

Process Modeling, Data Mapping - Advanced

Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills Experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies are a plus.
