Team : Works with content, design, growth and external agencies

Location : Remote-first today report to our Mumbai office once it opens (hybrid).

Type : Full-time - ESOP-eligible The Role Brand is the whole game here - we compete on meaning, not margin. We are looking for a Brand Strategy Lead to own the brand end to end: to sharpen our positioning and narrative, turn “for every facet of you” into campaigns, launches and cultural moments, and make us the most talked- about modern jewellery brand of its generation.

What You''ll Own Brand strategy & positioning

- Own brand positioning, messaging pillars, tone of voice and the narrative that runs across every touch-point.
- Turn “for every facet of you” into a living platform that guides product, content and campaigns.
- Define and protect the brand’s cultural point of view sharp, provocative and unmistakably ours.

Campaigns & go-to-market

- Lead campaign strategy and creative direction for launches, drops and collaborations from insight to brief to execution.




- Partner with content and growth so brand and performance pull in the same direction.
- Own brand launches and the prelaunch hype engine.

Insight & guardianship

- Own consumer and cultural insight understand our audience better than they understand themselves.
- Be the guardian of the brand every asset, partnership and message ladders back to the strategy.
- Brief and manage external agencies (PR, creative, media) to a high bar.

What You Bring

- 5+ years in brand strategy / brand management / planning, with real ownership of a brand’s positioning and campaigns.
- A track record of building distinctive, culturallyresonant brands ideally consumer, fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
- Sharp strategic thinking paired with strong creative judgement you can write both a strategy and a tagline.
- Experience leading campaigns end to end and managing creative and PR agencies.
- Deep fluency in Indian consumer culture and how young people build identity.

Bonus Points

- Experience at a startup or D2C brand (preferred, not required).
- Background in cultural or categorydefining brand building.
- Comfort working handson in a small founding team.
