The individual will own Miltop’s brand and marketing function across India & international markets—driving brand building, digital marketing, product launches, export marketing support, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and maintain Miltop brand identity across all platforms

- Ensure consistency across packaging, website, catalogues & communication

- Lead brand campaigns and content strategy

- Manage website, SEO, social media & digital campaigns

- Support e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

- Drive product launches and promotional activities

- Create export catalogues, presentations & product documentation

- Support trade shows, international customers & lead generation

- Track competitors, trends & consumer insights

- Share monthly actionable market reports

Qualifications

- 5-8 years experience in FMCG / food / consumer products

- Solid branding, digital marketing & project management skills

- Experience with agencies, packaging & product marketing preferred

- Export marketing exposure is a plus

- Creative, structured and commercially minded thinker
