Key Responsibilities Drive Life Insurance sales through the Direct Channel

Lead, manage and motivate the sales team

Achieve branch sales and revenue targets

Drive customer acquisition and business development

Monitor team performance and sales productivity

Coach team members and ensure target achievement

Build strong customer relationships and drive business growth

Candidate Requirements ✅ 3–4+ years of relevant Life Insurance Sales experience

✅ Direct Channel experience is mandatory

✅ 1–2+ years of team-handling experience

✅ Strong sales and business-development skills
