Branch Sales Manager (BSM) – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Company: Hinduja Housing Finance, a part of the renowned Hinduja Group, is hiring experienced Branch Sales Managers to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through Business Correspondent (BC) and DSA channels.

Location: Mira Road, Palghar, Virar, Badlapur

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline

• MBA in Sales, Marketing or Finance is preferred

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Up to 30% hike on current CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) business through BC/DSA channels.

• Identify, onboard and manage Business Correspondents (BCs), DSAs and channel partners.

• Achieve assigned login and disbursement targets.

• Build strong relationships with SMEs, self-employed customers and local connectors.

• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for seamless loan processing.

• Ensure portfolio quality, KYC compliance and adherence to regulatory guidelines.





• Conduct regular training and engagement activities for BC/DSA partners.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of BFSI sales experience.

• Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage or Secured Lending.

• Experience in BC/DSA Channel Management is preferred.

• Robust sales, relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of KYC, documentation and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to work in a field sales environment.

Preferred Industry: Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, Mortgage Lending.
