Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of current accounts to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of banking products to existing customers.

- Develop strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty, retention, and referrals.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field.

- Robust understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) acquisition strategies.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
