Branch Manager – NBFC

Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in an NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industry, with experience in branch operations and team management.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage sales teams, and ensure high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lending products, branch administration, compliance, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities Business Development

- Drive branch business by acquiring new customers and expanding the existing customer base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans, LAP, or other financial products.
- Develop relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and corporate clients.

Branch Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Monitor branch profitability and operational performance.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch sales and operations team.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular team reviews.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to improve productivity.
- Foster a positive and performance-driven work workplace.

Credit & Risk Management
- Oversee loan sourcing,



documentation, verification, and disbursement processes.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk management procedures.
- Monitor loan portfolio quality and support collection activities when required.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.

Reporting
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports.
- Track sales performance, collections, and operational metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Proven experience in branch operations and team handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
