Role Description - The Branch Credit Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Sultanpur, responsible for overseeing credit operations and ensuring sound lending decisions at the branch level. Daily activities include evaluating loan applications, analyzing creditworthiness, monitoring portfolio performance, and enforcing credit policies and risk control.

- Physical PD with customer of NIP cases.

Qualifications -Candidates should possess strong credit management skills, including hands-on experience with Credit Management and Credit Risk Management.

- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and Finance knowledge to assess creditworthiness and interpret financial data
- Candidates should possess a clear understanding of Credit concepts, lending practices, and portfolio monitoring - Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; prior experience in branch banking or lending operations is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Sultanpur, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and use basic office and financial software tools. Note - early joinner will be preferred.
