Debt Recovery Telecaller / Executive Job Title: Debt Recovery Telecaller Process: Banking & NBFC (ICICI, HDFC, Kotak, Tata Capital, etc.) Experience: 6 months – 15 years (Both DRA and Non-DRA candidates can apply) CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Attractive Incentives Working Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Contact debtors via phone to discuss overdue payments Negotiate repayment plans and terms to facilitate debt recovery Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements Follow up on payment commitments and update status of outstanding debts Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies Provide customers with information and support to help resolve their debts Collaborate with other departments to address disputes and discrepancies Qualifications:
