Key Responsibilities

- Booking Re-verification: Re-verify hotel bookings using multiple communication channels such as phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Multilingual Communication: Utilise your language skills to effectively communicate in English and French languages, providing explicit and professional interactions.
- Efficient System Use: Navigate our platform proficiently, using shortcuts and switching between different tools and applications on a desktop or laptop.
