Antixx TechHub is looking for an experienced BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) SME to join our Enterprise Monitoring & Automation Practice. If you have expertise in BHOM, PATROL Agents, Enterprise Monitoring, Event Management, AIOps, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure Monitoring, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and administer BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) in On-Premises environments.

Deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot PATROL Agents, Integration Service, and PATROL Knowledge Modules (KMs).

Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, baselines, event correlation, noise reduction, and intelligent event management.

Implement monitoring for servers, databases, middleware, virtualization platforms, storage, network devices, containers, and cloud infrastructure.

Configure service models, dashboards, reports, analytics, and business service monitoring.

Integrate BHOM with BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Helix Discovery, BMC Helix CMDB, and third-party monitoring tools.

Deploy and manage BHOM on Kubernetes and support deployments using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Design, implement, and maintain High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and DC-DR environments.

Develop integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and automation scripts.

Perform upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, and health checks.

Prepare solution architecture, implementation documentation, operational runbooks, and technical documentation.





Mentor technical teams and collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams.

Experience with BMC Helix Continuous Optimization (BHCO) will be an added advantage.

Shell, Python, or PowerShell scripting.

BMC Certifications will be an added advantage.
