We’re Hiring: Quality Associate at Blue Tea India! ?

Time: Full time

Department: Quality & Compliance

At Blue Tea, we’re on a mission to redefine wellness through the power of herbal and blue teas. As we grow, ensuring the highest quality standards is at the heart of our journey. We’re looking for a Quality Associate who is passionate about compliance, documentation, and food safety.

Responsibilities Inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards

Manage documentation for certifications (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.) and support external/internal audits

Monitor hygiene, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SOPs in the warehouse





Train warehouse staff on food safety protocols and quality SOPs

Report and investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with the supply chain and production teams to improve quality processes

Requirements B.Tech in Food Technology

1–3 years of experience in food quality, especially in FMCG/Tea/Herbal products preferred

Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations and documentation practices

Experience in warehouse or manufacturing unit quality checks is a plus

Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and strong communication skills
