SUNNY® Rainwear is a street-style rainwear brand under Mayur Plastics, known for design-forward, functional rainwear across India. We’re looking for an organized, solution-oriented Admin cum Billing Executive to manage our day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle billing and invoicing for orders and dispatches
- Maintain extensive data and reports in Excel (stock, sales, orders, MIS)
- Manage leads and inquiries from IndiaMART and other online lead sources
- Create and maintain manufacturing orders and work orders
- Maintain and update stock lists / inventory records
- Manage CRM entries and follow-ups with customers and dealers
- Coordinate between production, sales, and dispatch teams for smooth order flow




- Handle general office administration and documentation

Requirements
- Comfortable working on a laptop/computer daily; good command of Excel
- Able to speak and understand English (proficiency not required, working knowledge is fine)
- Solution-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Prior experience in billing TALLY PRIME, admin, or back-office roles preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with IndiaMART lead panels or CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full time, Office-based Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
