We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, purchase and sales billing, warehouse coordination, and billing cycle management. The candidate will be responsible for preparing billing and dispatch documents, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Tax Invoices, Packing Lists, E-Way Bills, and Export Documentation.
- Handle purchase and sales billing for pharmaceutical products.
- Manage the complete billing cycle and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Maintain dispatch records and coordinate dispatch schedules.
- Prepare and circulate monthly billing reports to Sales and Accounts departments.
- Email dispatch details and shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints related to billing and dispatch.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must be currently based in Mumbai.
- Must possess a D.



Pharm or B. Pharm qualification.
- Must have 2–3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on experience in purchase and sales billing, billing cycle management, and warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation, Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, Packing Lists, and Export Documentation.
- Solid computer skills with experience using ERP or billing systems.
- Good written English and basic spoken English.

Compensation

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's current CTC, experience, and overall suitability.

Regulatory Requirement

Candidates with a Pharmacy qualification (D. Pharm/B. Pharm) will be required to provide copies of their educational certificates and a valid Pharmacist License for registration as a Competent Person under the company's Drug License, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
