Job Responsibilities:
- Market H1B transfer consultants to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
- Work on Bench Sales and consultant marketing.
- Build and maintain vendor and client relationships.
- Negotiate billing rates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with vendors and clients until consultant placement.
- Maintain daily submission and placement reports.
- Achieve monthly targets.
