Role Description The Beauty Consultant – Retail role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The person in this role will engage with customers in-store, providing personalized consultations on skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products, while explaining product benefits and usage.

Responsibilities include driving retail sales, maintaining product displays and store hygiene, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with Kimirica’s brand values.





The Beauty

Consultant will also handle customer queries, support promotional activities, and provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and trends. This role involves working closely with store management to meet sales targets and uphold high service standards. Qualifications

Strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales.

Solid product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, and fragrances, with the ability to explain benefits clearly.

Background or training in cosmetology and skin care, with an understanding of different skin types and concerns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and professional in-store presence.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and retail peak hours, and collaborate in a team setting.

Previous experience in beauty, luxury retail, or wellness consulting is an advantage.

Basic computer literacy and comfort using point-of-sale systems.
