Pantry & Beverage Services

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, fresh juices, and other beverages to management, employees, and guests.

- Prepare light refreshments and snacks for meetings and office events.

- Ensure beverages are served promptly and professionally.

- Maintain consistency in the quality and presentation of all beverages.

Hospitality Services

- Welcome and assist visitors by offering refreshments.

- Serve refreshments during meetings, interviews, and management discussions.

- Maintain a skilled, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times.

- Coordinate with the Administration team for meeting schedules requiring pantry support.

Pantry Management

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, coffee machines, utensils, refrigerators, and serving equipment.

- Monitor pantry stock levels and report replenishment requirements.





- Ensure proper storage of food items in accordance with hygiene standards.

- Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain cleanliness throughout the workday.

Inventory & Supplies

- Track daily consumption of pantry supplies.

- Assist in preparing monthly pantry inventory reports.

- Coordinate with procurement or administration for timely replenishment of pantry items.

- Ensure minimal wastage of consumables.

Office Support

- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments before meetings.

- Support office events, staff gatherings, and VIP visits.

- Perform other hospitality-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
