- Deliver exceptional customer service and recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Manage café inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to create seamless guest experiences.
