Conduct structured badminton training sessions for 5 years and above.

Develop training plans and progress reports for each athlete.

Focus on basic skills, footwork, agility, and game strategies.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure safety, discipline, and motivation during sessions.

Engage with parents and academy management on student development.

Prepare students for internal assessments and local competitions.

Requirements:

NIS certification.

Minimum 1 year of coaching experience, preferably with children.

Strong communication and motivational skills.

Patience, enthusiasm, and an encouraging attitude.

Ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

Willingness to work on weekends and early mornings/evenings.
