Responsibilities

- Processes US Sex offender searches.

- Assists with Texas Stateside research.

- Assists with Federal level research.

- Processes and fulfills MVRs in some states.

- Requests and processes releases.

- Makes outgoing calls.

- Researches records for criminal and non-criminal history.

- Grading and compliance of criminal history.

- Processing of releases and other received materials.

- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of customer service experience.

- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Solid communicative skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong deductive reasoning and problem solving abilities.

- Current PI License, or will obtain PI License.

- DISAWorks system experience.
